腸道微生态與動物健康，包括水産動物腸道微生物群落結構及其與宿主營養、代謝和健康之間的調控關系，緻力于開發基于腸道微生态的調控策略用于提高水産動物抗應激能力、增強免疫力并促進生長的新的技術途徑。
